1. What We Sell
LeadSignal sells one-time license keys that unlock higher export limits on lead data. These are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. No physical goods are shipped.
The free tier is available with no payment required. Purchases only apply to paid export plans.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided the conditions below are met. After 7 days, refunds are not available except in cases of duplicate charges or technical failures on our end.
3. Eligible & Non-Eligible Situations
Tool did not work after purchase
Your license key was not delivered, failed to activate, or the export feature did not function as described. Contact us and we will fix or refund immediately.
Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for the same plan. We will refund the duplicate charge within 48 hours of your report.
Data quality significantly misrepresented
The data coverage or quality for your specific use case was materially different from what was described on the product page. Contact us with details within 7 days.
Change of mind after use
You downloaded a CSV export, used the data, and then decided you no longer need it. The product was delivered and used as intended.
Request made after 7 days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible, unless there is an ongoing technical failure.
No results for your specific niche
LeadSignal's database does not cover every category or location. Coverage limitations are disclosed on the product page. If results were zero, use the free tier to verify before purchasing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at mohamed@halim.pro with:
- Your order number or the email used at checkout.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots if the issue is technical.
We will respond within 48 hours (usually faster) and process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Payment Processors
Payments are processed by Gumroad or Paymob depending on your region. Refunds are issued through the same processor used for your original purchase. We do not store your card details.
Refund timing on your statement depends on your bank — typically 3 to 10 business days after we initiate the refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our product and payment setup evolves. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
